Israel doesn’t have the manufacturing history and infrastructure that some countries do, and it’s not a market big enough to justify much of a local presence from major automakers. Yet a substantial and growing number of the world’s foremost car manufacturers have been flocking to the Mediterranean enclave. Volvo’s parent company Geely is just the latest.
